NEW PATIENTS

To book a free initial consultation with Dr. Kaplan, call during business hours (9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday) at (512) 763-0030. Dr. Kaplan or a staff member will provide a free ten-minute consultation to determine if Dr. Kaplan’s practice will fit your goals and needs.

After this free consultation, an initial fifty-minute appointment can be booked with Dr. Kaplan over the phone. At this time, a credit card will be put on file.

ESTABLISHED PATIENTS

Established patients can set up follow-up appointments through the patient portal or by emailing drkaplan@frontierpsychiatrygtx.com.
